Calculating Savings from Replacing Your Air Conditioner
When
you replace your older inefficient air conditioner with a new efficient air
conditioner, you will save money on your air conditioning costs. How much
you save depends on how often your run your air conditioner and the efficiencies
of the old and new air conditioners. The
following formula is used to estimate annual dollar savings:

Cost/kwh = Get from dividing kwh on bill by total for bill.
