PFG Best Building in Cedar Falls

Russell Wasendorf Sr. moved his company, Peregrine Financial Group Inc., from Chicago to Cedar Falls and opened the $18 million PFGBest headquarters to Cedar Falls in the Fall of 2009.

Environmentally friendly construction materials and methods were used in nearly every aspect of the 50,000-square-foot, two-story structure built on a 26-acre site in Cedar Falls. The company is currently in the process of applying for LEED Gold certification.
