Aviva USA's new 360,000-square-foot insurance headquarters in West Des Moines recieved gol LEED certification. The recognition makes it the largest building in Iowa to receive gold certification. Features of the buiding include: Use of natural light, Motion-sensor and auto-dimming lights, High efficiency ventilation systems, with individual air flow control's for each employee, water efficient fixtures, etc.
