This year's Emerging Professionals Workshop will be facilitated by Keynote Speaker Kathleen Riessen. The Emerging Professionals Workshop will delve deeper into the topics from Kathleen's lunch keynote, as well as, explore the idea of authenticity.
Being Authentic at Work: Unlock the keys to showing up as yourself, stating what's on your mind and giving and receiving authentic feedback while keeping your job. This workshop is designed for anyone eager to grow in his/her professional role without sacrificing who they are.
The Emerging Professionals Workshop is included with a Summit registration this year and is open to all industry professionals – whether you’re new to the business, new to Iowa or just highly interested in the topic. However, there is a discounted price of $35, which includes lunch and Kathleen's keynote, for those who only want to attend the Emerging Professionals Workshop.
