IAEE Strategic Planning Call for Proposal
The Iowa Association for Energy Efficiency invites you to submit a proposal to develop a 3-5 year strategic plan for the organization. Please see the attached Call for Proposals for further details.
Background: The Association's last strategic plan was adopted in fall 2019 and full execution was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Local, State, and Federal policies and priorities have shifted significantly since 2019 along with advancements in technology and industry best practices. The role of energy efficiency is evolving also, with energy efficiency offering benefits beyond the industries traditional focus. The IAEE seeks to create a new strategic plan, drawing insights from the previous plan and emerging trends to maximize the value of the organization for our membership, stakeholders, and all Iowans.
Questions: Questions regarding this proposal may be submitted to the IAEE Executive Director, Suzanne Hull, through May 06, 2026. A Q&A document will be distributed to all potential proposers on Thursday, 05/15/2026.
Proposals Due: Proposals are due by 5:00 PM Central Time, Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
