The Iowa Association for Energy Efficiency is pleased to partner with the Iowa Association of Realtors to bring Pamela Brookstein to Des Moines. IAEE strives to champion the efficient use of energy, for the benefit of all Iowans, by serving our members through education and collaboration. NAR's Green Designation Course: People, Property, Planet, Prosperity covers the distinguishing characteristics that make a high-performance home. The course looks at how consumer demand for these homes is increasing and provides a detailed accounting of how high-performance features work.

Earn the Green Designation:

Complete two courses - Day 1 & Day 2 Exam - must pass exam with 80%

Must be a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS

Maintain active membership in NAR's Green REsource Council

No Application Fee. Annual Dues - First year free, $98.50 per year after that.

Registrations taken over the phone will be charged a $5 processing fee per class. Pay at the door/on-site registrations (if available) will result in a $10 fee. Please see the school policies for more information.

Advance registration for all classes is strongly recommended to ensure space and materials are available. Students desiring to pay at the door or register on-site are not guaranteed admittance.
